Perdana4d Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the perdana4d platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the perdana4d platform — whether through our website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as any other applicable policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of perdana4d services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are fully responsible for:

  • Keeping your account password secure and not sharing it with any other party.
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Updating your account information whenever there are changes to your registered personal details.
  • Ensuring that all information provided at registration and thereafter is truthful and accurate.

Perdana4d reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage, including during the withdrawal process or when suspicious activity is detected on your account. Failure to provide the required verification documents may result in a temporary suspension or closure of the account.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a perdana4d platform user, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from:

  • Using any automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform or manipulate game outcomes by unauthorised means.
  • Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transactions through the platform.
  • Sharing or transferring your account to another party, or using an account that belongs to someone else.
  • Posting content that is unlawful, inflammatory, or likely to harm the reputation of perdana4d or other users.

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, freezing of funds, or reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the perdana4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including bank transfers through FPX and approved e-wallets. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds used are legitimately yours and are not derived from any illegal activity.

Key terms relating to transactions:

  • Minimum deposit amount varies depending on the payment method selected and is displayed during the deposit process.
  • Withdrawal can only be made to a bank account that has been registered and verified in the same user's name.
  • Perdana4d reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal while an identity verification process is ongoing.
  • Any bonuses or promotional credits received are subject to separate wagering requirements displayed at the time of the relevant offer.
  • Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to administrative fees in accordance with the policy in effect at the relevant time.

Any attempt to reverse or dispute a legitimate transaction through your bank or a third-party payment provider without perdana4d's consent may result in account closure and the recovery of all associated winnings.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

Perdana4d is not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, technical failures, data loss, or any issues beyond our reasonable control. This platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of information or the uninterrupted availability of our services. perdana4d's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the net active deposit amount in that user's account at the time of the incident.

Intellectual Property

All content on the perdana4d platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the property of perdana4d or our licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or reuse any such content without explicit written permission from perdana4d.

Account Suspension & Closure

Perdana4d reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, use of multiple accounts, or illegal activity. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance in the relevant account may be frozen while an investigation is carried out.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the perdana4d platform shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
